On September 28, 2019, St. Petersburg hosted the Festival "Culture 4.0. Economy and Culture". This edition was mainly focused on the Theater as 2019 being declared the Year of Theaters in Russia. Active Ageing Policy and Pension Reforms: Russian and International Experience: Sixth Academic Workshop

On September 19, 2019, the Institute for Social Policy at HSE Universityheld its sixth academic workshop devoted to to the French pension system, its current state, reforming and living standard of pensioners (Le système de retraite français : état actuel, projet de réforme et niveau de vie des retraités). This workshop being part of the series of events on Active Ageing Policy and Pension Reforms: Russian and International Experience was organized in cooperation with the Embassy of France in Russia. It was inaugurated by Lilia Ovcharova, Vice Rector of HSE, and Daniel Mathieu, Counsellor for Social Affairs, Embassy of France in Russia.

The team of Centre for Regional Programmes of Social and Cultural Development held a workshop in Kazan

On August 20, 2019, the one-day workshop held by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to "Modern Strategies for Cultural Policy and their Impact on the Socio-economic Development of Regions".
