Income, Poverty and Employment in the Era of Covid-19: Anti- and Post-crisis Social Protection Policies: International and Russian Experience

“The idea for this special issue of the journal emerged several years ago, during my first year working on a project focused on the integration of migrants from Central Asia in the urban space of Moscow. 

In March 2020, Ekaterina Demintseva, director of the Centre for Qualitative Social Policy Research, Institute for Social Policy, and associate professor at the School of Cultural Studies at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, worked at the Emile Durkheim Center at University of Bordeaux

She taught a course on Sociology of migration and collaborated with her French colleagues on a project on migrant children in schools.
