The Forum was held within the framework of the Moscow Government pilot project aimed at creating better conditions for the elderly Muscovites. The forum participants discussed various city programs aimed at helping senior citizens to realize their full potential. The programs will provide elderly people with the opportunities of studies, employment, and leisure and sport activities.

Lilia Ovcharova, director of the Institute for Social Policy, and Natalia Zubarevich, chief research fellow of the Centre for Studies of Income and Living Standards of this Institute, took part in the discussion.
