The fourth academic workshop within the series of events under the topic “Active Ageing Policy and Pension Reforms: Russian and International Experience”

On May 23, 2019 the Institute for Social Policy at the National Research University Higher School of Economics held the fourth academic workshop within the series of events under the topic “Active Ageing Policy and Pension Reforms: Russian and International Experience”. This one organized in cooperation with the Embassy of Switzerland in the Russian Federation was devoted to Swiss social security system.

The workshop opened by Lilia Ovcharova, Vice Rector of HSE, and moderated by Dr. Oksana Sinyavskaya, Deputy Director, Institute for Social Policy, Higher School of Economics, heard a presentation by Mr. Yves Rossier, the Ambassador of Switzerland to the Russian Federation, on the topic of “The Swiss Social Security : Improving the System to Face the Challenges of the Time”. The topic engendered lively discussion.
