International Conference “Migrants and refugees Integration in the 21st Century”

The Conference will focus on conceptual and methodological approaches, as well as on the discussion of empirical research to understand the complexity of international migration and integration processes. We invite scholars from a range of disciplines working in the field of migration studies to take part in this conference. The conference is geared towards an interdisciplinary approach, seeking to bring together experts from a variety of fields, including sociology, history, anthropology, and cultural studies.

More than forty speakers took part in ten panels. Discussions focused on refugee issues, migrant health, legal and social problems of migrants, new migration processes, migrant culture, as well as school education for migrant children.
