Pavel Shulgin took part in the Round table of the Foundation for the development of civil initiatives on the theme "Modernization of cultural policy»

On October 16, the Foundation for the development of civil initiatives "Dialogue" together with The Gaidar Institute of economic policy held a Round table on the theme "Culture and cultural policy in the process of modernization of the country: problems and solutions".

The head of the Centre for Regional Programmes of Social and Cultural Development Pavel Shulgin took part in the Round table. He presented the position of the Cenre on the preservation and use of cultural heritage and the formation of the cultural framework of the country, as well as some results of the research conducted by the Centre on this topic.

The event held within the Institute project "Developing Recommendations for Promoting Cultural Policies".
