Fight against poverty

On January 17, 2019, Lilia Ovcharova, Vice Rector of HSE, Director of the Institute for Social Policy, talked about poverty in the live broadcast of the RBK TV Channel program ‘Delovoj den’ (“Business Day”).

Tatiana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, has suggested to change the existing approach to measuring poverty in Russia and to improve the standard of poverty estimation.
